Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the development of children aged 0-5 through play-based learning

Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment

*

Observing, planning, and assessing children's learning in line with the EYFS

*

Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

*

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

*

Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

*

Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)

*

Has a genuine love for working with children

*

Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills

*

Is reliable, motivated, and professional

*

Has knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development

*

Holds (or is willing to undergo) an enhanced DBS check
