MET / Strip Fitter
Location: Andover
Salary: Basic from £37,000 + Bonus (OTE up to £67,000 depending on skill level)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (½ hour unpaid lunch break)
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays, Christmas-New Year closure

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out high-quality mechanical, electrical and trim work

Stripping and refitting vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications

Ensuring repairs meet all safety and quality standards

Working efficiently to maximise productivity and bonus potential

Communicating clearly with estimators, painters, and workshop management

What You'll Need

Proven experience as an MET Technician / Strip Fitter

ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)

Strong mechanical and electrical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK Driving Licence
