Warehouse Operative - Freezer Warehouse, Reading

Shift Patterns & Pay:

• AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £14.32/hr
• PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £15.91/hr
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £16.75/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.
• Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90-100%.
• Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
• Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.
• Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.

Requirements:

• Experience using LLOP is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting, loading, and carrying items.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
