We're working with a leading civil engineering contractor who are seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage project costs, budgets, and valuations

* Handle subcontractor procurement and payments

* Provide commercial and contractual support

* Prepare variations, final accounts, and reports

What We're Looking For:

* Proven QS experience in civil engineering

* Sector experience in power, water, or renewables

* Strong NEC contract knowledge

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

* Available immediately or at short notice
