Rapid Personnel are working with a leading manufacturer and distributor based in Yatton, looking for Factory Operatives to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. You must have access to your own transport to travel to site.

Responsibilities

* Rotate across the departments various machines and lines to support the overall operations on a day-to-day basis.

* Machine Operating, Warehousing and Stock Control.

* Bring a positive, friendly mindset to work collaboratively within a team.

* Monitor production processes and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

* Maintain H&S standards at all times.

Requirements

* Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to read and understand basic drawings and diagrams.

* Strong communication skills.

Hours & Pay

* Rotating shift pattern

* 6:00am to 14:00pm / 14:00pm to 22:00pm

* Monday to Friday

* Up to £13.93 per hour

* Monthly attendance bonus (additional to salary)

* Onsite parking
