School Caretaker - Glossop (Long-Term Role)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a reliable and hardworking Caretaker to join a large Primary School in Glossop on a long-term basis.

The role will involve split shifts, with working hours open to negotiation. You will play a key role in ensuring the school site is safe, clean and well maintained for pupils and staff.

Responsibilities will include:

Opening and securing the school site

General site maintenance and basic repairs

Carrying out cleaning duties where required

Ensuring the school grounds and buildings are safe and presentable

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience as a Caretaker or Site Supervisor (preferred)

Be reliable, proactive and able to work independently

Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment
