Electrical Contracts Manager
Location: Office is based in Park gate, Southampton. Projects are normally within 1 hour of the office.
Sector: 95% Commercial Projects, including care homes, School's and college's
Project Values: Project values for Electrical up to 800k
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee multiple commercial electrical projects. This role suits someone confident managing several jobs at once, from handover through to completion, with a good knowledge of the care home sector and the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and delivering 2 to 3 electrical projects at the same time
* Overseeing commercial electrical installations
* Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
* Managing health & safety and compliance requirements
* Liaising with clients and attending site meetings as required
* Programmes, RAMs
About You:
* Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
* Strong background in commercial electrical work
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Based within reasonable commuting distance of Park gate,Southampton
