Job Overview:

We're looking for an experienced CNC Folder / Press Brake Operator to join a precision sheet metal team in Bromsgrove. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC folding machines to produce high-quality metal components to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines to bend/fold metal parts

Interpret technical drawings and adjust settings accordingly

*

Perform quality checks to ensure finished parts meet specification

*

Conduct basic maintenance and keep work area clean and safe

*

Work independently and manage workload to meet daily targets

Requirements:

Previous experience operating CNC Press Brake or Folding machines

*

Confident reading engineering drawings

*

Good attention to detail and quality standards

*

Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
