Kingfisher House Care Home is a purpose built 77 bed care home located in Perth, set in a stunning riverside location on the banks of the River Tay. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern and well supported environment where team members can develop their skills, work as part of a strong team and make a meaningful difference every day.
Care Assistant - Dayshift and Nightshift
- £13.45 per hour
- Full time and part time contracts available, up to 38.5 hours per week
- Dayshift and Nightshift available
- Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided, Onsite parking
- 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering high quality, person centred care. You will support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily routines, while promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing at all times.
You will follow individual care plans, monitor residents' wellbeing and work closely with colleagues to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment. Your role will focus on building positive relationships and making a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.
This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care, with full training, structured induction and ongoing development opportunities provided.
