We're working with a PBSA operator that's growing its portfolio and now needs a Finance Lead to drive reporting, forecasting, and controls across multiple sites. This is more than a "number-crunching" role - you'll see the direct impact of your work on the business.

• Ownership from day one - manage monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts for multiple sites.

• Commercial exposure - work closely with operations and management to influence decisions.

• Hands-on experience - help implement systems, improve processes, and build a small finance function.

• Visibility - report directly to the Head of Finance / CFO and get exposure to senior leadership.

• Month-end reporting, reconciliations, and management accounts.

• Budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management for the portfolio.

• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and operational insight.

• Assist in process improvements and system implementation.

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).

• Strong experience in property, student accommodation, or multi-site operational finance.

• Someone who thrives on hands-on ownership and commercial responsibility.

• Confident with systems - Excel essential; experience with Yardi/MRI a bonus.
