We're looking for a Contract Architectural Technician to join a small, friendly team on a 3-month contract (with potential for extension), supporting a business experiencing rapid growth through new project wins.

Role details:

Rate: £30 - £35 per hour (DOE)

Contract: Initially 3 months, potential to extend

Hours: 9am - 5pm, with flexibility for overtime

*

Location: Hybrid potential - office in a lovely location with free parking

*

Travel: Must drive - some site visits required

Key Requirements:

Proficient in AutoCAD

*

Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations

Experience in commercial and retail architectural design

*

Ability to work well in a small team environment

*

Comfortable managing deadlines and adapting to shifting project demands

Punctual and reliable
