?? The Role:As a Support Worker, you'll play an essential part in empowering individuals with learning difficulties in their day-to-day lives. From promoting independence to providing emotional support and assisting with routines, you'll help create a safe, enjoyable and person-centred environment.

? Requirements:

• Must be a driver with a manual licence and have access to your own car

• Previous care or support experience (learning disabilities experience highly advantageous)

• A genuine passion for making a difference

• Reliable, compassionate and proactive approach
