Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its busy and well-established Coventry office. You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and friendly team environment.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents and other Solicitors
• Prepare and review contracts, reports and associated legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance requirements
• Work collaboratively with the team to support the smooth running of the department

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases efficiently
