Requirements:

A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (refunded after 20 days of work).

A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.

What does a Nursery Practitioner do?
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's learning and development through play, activities, and daily routines. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

Supporting children with their personal care, meals, and daily routines.

Planning and engaging in fun, educational activities to encourage learning.

Observing and recording children's progress to share with parents and colleagues.

Working as part of a team to ensure high-quality care at all times
