We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an office refurbishment project in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre. This is a 22-week contract role offering the opportunity to manage a high-profile project from start to finish.

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Nightshift (enhanced rate paid)

Weeks 2-22: Days (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm)

Responsibilities

*

Oversee and coordinate daily site operations

*

Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure programme deadlines are met

*

Monitor quality, health & safety, and compliance standards on site

*

Report progress and liaise with the client and project team

*

Ensure smooth delivery of the refurbishment works

Requirements

*

Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

*

Valid First Aid at Work certification

*

Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within commercial/office environments

*

Strong organisational and communication skills
