Business Development Manager - Digital Agency - Manchester

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

Salary: Up to £55k + £40k OTE

As a Business Development Manager, you will help drive new business and expand market presence. You'll be instrumental in identifying opportunities, closing complex deals, and fostering lasting client relationships. This is a strategic role, ideally suited to someone with strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to sales.

Generate and convert new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients
Develop account plans to drive growth through upsell and cross-sell
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
Report on pipeline activity and account performance to senior leadership
Who/What We're Looking For

You will have a proven track record in business development within Tech or SaaS
Experience managing high-value, strategic client accounts
Skilled in solution-based sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clients
Data-driven and strategic in approach
Collaborative, with leadership potential and a team-oriented mindset
