We have an establish forwarder looking for Senior Import / Export Operator eith DG knowledge:

Key Responsibilities
· Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
· Preparing accurate job quotations
· Processing operational Export and Import shipments
· Liaising with carriers, contractors, and internal teams
· Costing jobs and invoicing
· Occasionally assisting with warehouse duties if required
· Managing your own desk efficiently and maintaining accurate records

Requirements
· Previous experience in Export, Import, Air, Road & Ocean and Customs operations is essential
· Prior experience working with Dangerous Goods and/or Restricted/Defence Goods is preferred
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
· IT literate
· Working Hours
· Monday to Friday
· 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour lunch break)
