Payroll Professional (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)

Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday 8.30 - 5pm although these hours can be flexiable

E Personnel is seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to manage our temporary payroll on a weekly basis. This is a busy and varied role requiring exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, as you will be responsible for processing high-volume payments across multiple finance systems each week.

The role involves collecting, checking and processing timesheets, ensuring all data is accurate before submitting to an external payroll provider. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth payroll operations, ensuring deadlines are consistently met and queries are handled efficiently.

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey - which you will need to come into the office to be trained)

While the role is mainly remote, you will be required to attend the office for initial training and occasionally thereafter. Please note, applicants must live within a 15-mile radius of Leatherhead.

Working Days:

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (non-negotiable, as these are payroll processing days)

Requirements:

Payroll experience

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Experience managing high-volume workloads

Confident IT skills, with the ability to work across multiple systems and strong Excel knowledge

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Well organised with strong time management skills

Proactive and flexible approach to work
