Role Overview

Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
* Location: Loughton
* Start Date: ASAP (interviews taking place as soon as possible)
* Contract: Until July, with potential to become permanent
* Pay: £105-£160 per day (depending on experience)
* Responsibilities: Leading whole-class learning when required, supporting teaching and learning across the school, delivering planned lessons, and providing targeted pupil support
* Collaboration: Working closely with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive and engaging learning environmentAbout the School

Holds HLTA status or has significant experience working towards HLTA level
* Is confident leading whole-class learning and covering lessons when required
* Has experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting
