We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work closely with SEND pupils, using creativity and communication to help them engage, express themselves, and thrive in the classroom.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Use creative approaches (drama, movement, voice) to enhance engagement
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering inclusive lessons
  • Help manage behaviour positively and sensitively
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment

Essential requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a professional capacity within the last two years
  • This experience must cover a minimum period of two months
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people with additional needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
