£21,079 PA

Monday - Friday (38.5 hours per week) including 1 in 4 Saturdays (working 08:30 - 12:30)

Rotational weekly shifts:

8am - 4:30pm/ 8:30am - 5pm/ 9am - 5:30pm

Holiday: 21 days, plus statutory bank holidays (29 days in total)

Ascendant Recruitment are excited to be recruiting on behalf of their client based in Wellingborough. They are looking for a professional with demonstrable office experience to join their established team. You will be resolving complaints resulting from motor claims relating to vehicle accidental damage. You will be part of their Customer Liaison Team and tasked with the objective of delivering the highest possible standards of customer service, with the ability to follow individual brand/client's requirements and directives, ensuring service level agreements and performance targets are achieved.

Duties and responsibilities of Customer Liaison Officer are:

Act as a first level point of contact for customers, clients, network members, suppliers and partners.
Resolve high level complaints in regard to Customer's repairs. Listen, understand and resolve the customer's complaint quickly and professionally.
Receive incoming calls/emails and act promptly, dealing with all enquiries or actions in a professional manner.
Ensure the accurate and detailed recording of all information utilising the company's management systems so as to provide comprehensive audit trails.
Communicate with all internal departments as required for the resolution of jobs
To meet agreed targets.
To manage your daily workload to ensure efficiency is maintained.
Completion of duties as required from time to time by the Management Team.
