Architect/Technologist role in Central London!

Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage the full life cycle of construction projects across the education, residential, commercial, blue light, and industrial sectors. They will oversee personnel at various stages of the project while demonstrating strong technical expertise.

Key Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, including leading projects.

* Proficiency in Revit and generally tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of BIM.

* Strong design skills and in-depth knowledge of technical and construction details.

* Proven experience in delivering architectural projects using both traditional and design & build procurement routes.

* A client-focused approach with commercial awareness, including experience building and maintaining relationships to identify and seize business opportunities.

* A collaborative team player with excellent skills in motivation, influencing, people management, and delegation.

* Experience managing all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work, from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
