We are working with a number of secondary schools across Cumbria who are looking for a Teaching Assistants to support students across KS3-KS4. This role is ideal for someone patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping young people progress.

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and pupils
• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Support students with additional needs (SEND experience desirable)
• Assist with behaviour and engagement

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people
• Understanding of secondary curriculum is beneficial
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
