Estuary House is a 44-bedded nursing Home, providing exceptional support to individuals with mental health conditions, dementia, and neurological disorders.

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Support Workers to help our residents lead fulfilling lives and achieve their personal goals.

What You’ll be Doing

• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with mobility, meals, and medication under supervision.
• Encourage participation in activities
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in a care setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training with opportunities for further development.
