We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to support the engineering team with administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks. This role will ensure the smooth operation of engineering workflows by facilitating communication, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced technical environment.

About The Role

Provide administrative support to engineering leadership and team members.
Maintain and track purchase orders, engineering budgets, and departmental expenses.
Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the engineering department.
Support project tracking and status reporting; update project management tools or spreadsheets.
General day-to-day admin tasksAbout The Candidate:

Minimum 2 years experience in a admin position
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
