Position: Air Conditioning bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering the North East

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £42,000 plus travel time, overtime and on call allowance

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong building services maintenance background to cover a full time, permanent position.

This position will be working for a Facilities company that deal with building services maintenance within commercial sites throughout the North East.

The right person for this position will be an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer, able to deal with the service, maintenance and breakdown of VRV's, VRF's, Splits and Multi's and Ahu's. They all need to have experience in dealing with general building services maintenance which will include basic electrical and mechanical.

This is a mobile position, so we do require a full UK driving licence

Requirements

Experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
Holding the FgasCertificate
Full UK driving licence
Able to deal with the service and maintenance of VRV's and VRF's
Based inthe North East
Experience in facilities maintenanceis required
Package

Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
Travel time (paid at overtime rateafter 40 hours)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
On call one week in eight
On call allowance
