The Role

* Coordinate and schedule Site Technicians for service projects

* Ensure labour, plant, materials and documentation are ready on time

* Keep project systems updated and accurate (Big Change software used)

* Liaise with Project Managers, Site Service Managers and clients to ensure smooth delivery

* Monitor resource allocation and highlight potential delays or challenges early

What You'll Need

* Previous experience in project coordination, scheduling or operations support

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail

* Familiarity with scheduling or ERP software (Big Change desirable)
