A HLTA is required for a secondary school in the Newcastle area. As an HLTA you will be working with a small number of pupils in their Personalised Learning Centre. Pupils will be working on their own work suitable for them and the school needs. You will be leading working with the pupils.This role will bemgin as soon as possible and will be ongoing until July 2025. The school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal HLTA candidate would:

* Have good classroom management skills

* Have a passion for leading the support of the Teaching and Learning of pupils

* Have excellent subject knowledge

* Be able to organise themselves

* Be able to deliver effective and engaging whole class or group lessons.

We are keen to hear from both experienced HLTA's or ECTs.

In addition, you must:

• Provide two referees we can contact

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
