 A growing Psychological Assessment private practice firm is seeking individual(s) to assist with operational management. Desired traits and skills: self-motivated, customer service driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills, good computer and technology skillset. Job responsibilities include: overseeing scheduling of client appointments, scheduling of clinicians and support staff, managing flow of clients within the office, collecting and verifying necessary documents, assisting with HIPPA and other legal compliance, overseeing customer service and assisting with client relations, assisting with staff recruiting and development, identifying and assisting with implementation of additional operational policies and procedures as firm continues to rapidly grow.
