Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic development.
- Utilise various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate science projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events as required.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect among students.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science.
- Experience teaching science at a secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the science curriculum and current educational practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
