Leading construction and residential contractor is seeking a Mult- trade Aftercare Technician based from their offices near Castle Donnington.

Its a great opportunity for a Multi-trade Aftercare Technician to join our team in the area, who will be based across different projects including housing and construction sites in the East Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing company, providing steady and ongoing projects in the East Midlands region.

The Role:

· Working on live sites making and working through snag lists and providing quality control checks.

· Working with the aftersales team on sites that have been handed, collating a defect list and remediating any outstanding issues.

· Document identified defects, pre and post repair e.g. by providing photographic evidence.

· Updating aftersales daily.

· Review aftercare items and introduce measures to reduce the same cycle of aftercare defects.

· Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, procedures, and policies.

· To undertake any other duties as allocated.

· Ability to prioritise and plan effectively.

· Willing to travel across different sites.

Previous Experience:

· A professional qualification in a trade e.g., joinery, plumbing, electrician etc. with 5+ years' experience.

· At least 2 years' experience in multi-trade aftercare for housing, ideally experience will be in social housing (multi-trade to include joinery, plastering, plumbing, painting, decorating, tiling etc.)
