Key Responsibilities

Coordinate breakdown response - triage issues by phone, schedule engineers, and aim for first-time fix

Manage service/repair workflow including job logging, parts ordering, third-party contractors and invoicing

Plan maintenance, inspections and equipment availability while supporting field engineers with required info and stock

Maintain accurate service records, stock control and identify chargeable repairs

Requirements

Mechanical repair or plant maintenance knowledge

Experience in service coordination/maintenance control (desirable)

Strong organisation, problem-solving and communication skills in a fast-paced environment

Good attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency
