We're supporting a lovely local primary school in their search for a temporary kitchen cook to join their warm and welcoming team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing healthy, nutritious meals for children. The hours are ideal for someone looking for a role that fits around school pick-ups or other commitments.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing and cooking meals in line with set menus and dietary needs
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
Supporting with food prep, stock rotation and kitchen duties
Working as part of a small, friendly team
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a school or catering kitchen
A valid Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
A reliable and positive team player
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
