PART-TIME POWDER COATER - TONBRIDGE

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Powder Coater to join a busy and growing team based in Tonbridge. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to become an ongoing role for the right candidate.

Working Hours:

• 6:00am - 4:00pm
• 3 days per week

Pay Rate:

• £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Duties:

• Preparing metal components for coating (cleaning, masking, and pre-treatment)
• Applying powder coating using spray equipment to a high-quality finish
• Operating and monitoring curing ovens
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and safe
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general workshop duties where required

Requirements:

• Previous powder coating experience is ideal and will influence pay rate
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Additional Information:

• Overtime available depending on workload
• Start date: Just after the Easter Bank Holiday
