This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to work for a leading international financial services firm, based in London, Canary Wharf on a 6 months contract.

Key responsibilitiesThis role is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant in a busy and demanding environment, predominantly provide senior level support to several Directors and their teamsFull diary management for several managers, ability to manage constantly changing schedules, prioritising time-sensitive tasks meetings, pre-empting conflicting requests. Acting as the main point of contact for all incoming requests for the teams they coverProviding full telephone coverage as well as covering other assistantsBooking and coordinating all business travelProcessing expenses and payment of vendor billsPreparation of materials for internal and external meetings, including Powerpoint presentations, word documents and Excel Spreadsheets including printing of packs when requiredMaintenance and monitoring records for the team, including attendance and holiday recordsManagement of room bookings with other assistants in the departmentAssisting and supporting visitors from overseas offices to the London office.Point of contact for all administrative queries for the managers and their direct reportsProviding assistance to Hiring Managers: setting up interviews, liaising with HR and candidates directlyAssistant coverage as and when required to cover periods of vacation

The successful candidatePrevious Executive Assistant/ PA experienceExperience working within fast paced global corporate environments - Banking / Financial Services is required Arranging domestic and international travel arrangements, diary management, processing expenses and running reports Confidence in organising and prioritising, applying attention to detail and good time management.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Concur Strong written and verbal communication requiredAbility to apply judgement and make sound, thoughtful decisions in high pressure situationsHandling confidential informationDevelop relationships with internal and external counterpartsExcellent communication skills Must have resilience
