**Role Overview:**

The Cyber Security Lead will be instrumental in enhancing our client's Security Managed Service and Professional Services functions. This hands-on role requires a focus on ensuring the ongoing success of their security operations, providing technical guidance, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop the security strategy in collaboration with the Professional Services Director.
- Lead the team of security professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as the trusted security advisor during customer engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee project delivery, from requirements analysis to post-implementation support.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex security issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CYSA+, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in roles such as Cyber Security Consultant or vCISO.
- Technical proficiency in security technologies, including Microsoft XDR stack and SIEMs.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
