We're supporting a market-leading innovator in the financial services training space on their search for a Client Solutions Manager - a consultative, strategic sales professional who will take a powerful new learning proposition out to market.

With deep roots in insurance, finance and regulatory training, our client is unifying their digital and in-person learning offer to create a world-class L&D solution. The Client Solutions Manager will sit at the forefront of that growth - shaping the way regulated firms engage with learning, compliance, and professional development.

What you'll be doing:

Taking new learning products to market: Launch and embed an innovative portfolio of digital and face-to-face training programmes designed for the insurance, accountancy, and financial services sectors.

Building and deepening client relationships: Engage senior stakeholders across brokers, insurers, MGAs and financial services firms. Understand their compliance and training needs and shape solutions that drive real business outcomes.

*

Driving commercial success: Work closely with internal teams to convert opportunity into revenue. Lead on consultative sales, account development and long-term relationship management.

*

Championing innovation in learning: Be a visible advocate for high-quality, relevant, and accessible training across technical, regulatory and soft skills domains. Help organisations embed a learning culture, even where L&D infrastructure is limited.

Representing the brand externally: Attend industry events, contribute to marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise awareness of the proposition and influence sector thinking.

What we're looking for:

A strong background in consultative B2B sales, ideally in learning and development, edtech, professional training, or a regulated services environment.

*

Confidence and credibility when working with senior leaders across insurance, finance, and professional services.

*

A natural relationship-builder who understands the value of high-quality learning in regulated sectors, and can translate that into tailored, commercially sound solutions.

*

A proactive, self-starter mindset - able to shape your own pipeline and manage both strategic and tactical priorities.

*

Understanding of compliance-driven industries such as general insurance, consumer credit, or financial services is highly desirable.
