What You’ll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager

• Confidence leading teams and making operational decisions

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards
• Oversee staff performance, development, and ratios across all rooms
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment focused on learning through play
• Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections with confidence
• Build strong relationships with parents and external professionals
• Monitor quality, safeguarding, and operational standards consistently
