Prospero Teaching is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants and Learning Mentors to support Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across Dorset.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real classroom experience, build confidence working with young people, and explore whether teaching, SEN support or pastoral work is the right career path for you.

The Role

• Supporting teachers in the classroom
• Working with pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping children with learning, confidence, and behaviour
• Assisting pupils with additional needs
• Providing encouragement, structure and positive role modelling

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduates (all subjects welcome)
• Passion for education and helping young people succeed
• Confident, proactive and engaging approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
