📍 Location: Cannock/Walsall
💰 Salary: £12.21 - £15.00 per hour + Overtime + Quarterly Bonuses
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (Saturday mornings during peak periods)

Hariley Solutions are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer in the window and door industry. We are seeking experienced and motivated Window Fabricators to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble windows and doors from start to finish

*

Measuring, cutting, and assembling uPVC profiles to create frames, sashes, and other components according to specifications.

*

Fitting hardware and accessories such as hinges, handles, locks, and seals to completed frames.

*

Operating fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently, such as saws, welders, and corner cleaners.

*

Work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality

*

Operate effectively within a team-driven environment

*

Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily tasks

The Ideal Candidate

✔ Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔ Physically fit and able to keep pace in a busy production setting
