Shift Engineer - Multi-Skilled Maintenance

We're investing heavily in our operations, including a state-of-the-art facility, and we're looking for two skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our expanding Engineering team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to problem solver, keeping our bottling and canning lines running smoothly through preventative maintenance, swift fault-finding, and hands-on project work.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining and repairing equipment to keep production at peak performance.

*

Diagnosing and fixing both electrical and mechanical faults quickly and effectively.

*

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and supporting breakdown recovery.

*

Getting involved in exciting installations and process improvement projects.

What We're Looking For

*

Apprentice-trained with strong mechanical & electrical skills.

*

Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification + 18th Edition Wiring Regs.

*

Experience with 3-phase motors, inverters, automation control, PLC fault-finding.

*

Mechanical know-how: belts, bearings, pumps, chains - fabrication skills a bonus.

*

FMCG background preferred, but strong engineering skills are key.

*

A team player with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Shift Pattern

Rotating day shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

(Flexibility required to cover holidays)
