Housing Options Team Leader

Annual Salary: £42,708 per annum plus company benefits
Location: Kingwoods, Hybrid (2 days in office)
Job Type: PermanentWe are seeking a dedicated Housing Options Team Leader to oversee a dynamic team focused on providing housing solutions and support for vulnerable people and minority groups. This role requires a deep understanding of housing and homelessness legislation, and the ability to manage and supervise a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

Lead and manage a team of 6 Housing options advisors.
Ensure the team's operations align with housing and homelessness legislation and statutory duties.
Oversee the delivery of front-line housing services, ensuring the needs of vulnerable groups are met with appropriate housing solutions.
Monitor and enhance team performance through effective management and leadership practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven management or supervisory experience within a local authority-based environment (housing is essential)
Strong knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation and related statutory duties.
