We're looking for a Software Support Engineer to join our global technology team, helping customers get the most from advanced software solutions used across complex industrial environments.

You'll combine technical expertise, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional support — from deployment to issue resolution.

What You'll Do

✅ Provide technical support to users and engineers (remote, phone, or on-site)
✅ Diagnose and resolve software, configuration, and system issues
✅ Deploy and configure new software solutions
✅ Write and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledgebase articles
✅ Deliver training sessions and share best practices
✅ Work with development teams to improve product reliability and user experience
✅ Contribute to proactive system health and performance initiatives

What You'll Bring

3+ years' experience in software/system support or deployment
⚙️ Strong background in Microsoft OS, databases, and networking protocols
Solid understanding of software engineering and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Analytical, customer-focused, and motivated by problem solving

Nice to Have

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with SQL Server, OPC, Windows security, or automation systems
Familiarity with code debugging or industrial process software
