IT Support Engineer

We are recruiting an IT Support Engineer to join our client, a leading Managed IT Services provider. This position begins with a 6-month on-site role in Louth, supporting a large school through a major digital transformation. After this, you will move into a remote IT Support Engineer role within the wider MSP team.

What you'll be doing as an IT Support Engineer:

Supporting staff onsite and remotely with IT queries.

*

Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.

*

Delivering training sessions and building staff confidence with new technology.

*

Maintaining networks, devices, and ensuring IT security.

What we're looking for in an IT Support Engineer:

*

Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer in a school, college, or similar organisation.

*

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and cloud solutions.

*

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
