Role Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily learning activities and routines
Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce key skills
Help maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Assist with preparation of resources, general supervision and classroom organisation
Promote pupils' confidence, independence and overall progress
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school teamIdeal Candidate

Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
A genuine passion for supporting primary-aged learners
Reliable, positive and eager to grow within education
