Financial Adviser (get CAS signed off quickly) - Clients provided, work with the MD. £40k - £50k, Boutique IFA firm - Dorking/Reigate (Surrey)

My client are an independent wealth planning firm in Dorking/Reigate who offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and London. In their current setup they manage the affairs of 300 clients with assets ranging from £100k - £1m with £500k being their average case. The business offers advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections (both personal and business) and some esoteric schemes such as VTC & EIS schemes. They have a big emphasis on intergenerational wealth planning and work with every level of a family to ensure their financial legacy is kept in tact. They generate new business organically through recommendation and referral as well as working with professional introducers. They consider themselves to be a community orientated business and actively engage and support the local community events.

The business places exceptional client service and satisfaction at the top of their priorities with a very high rate of retention with some relations stretching back over 10 years. The Advisers are supported by a highly experienced team of pooled Administrators & Paraplanners who are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams.

The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for a Financial Adviser, this will be suitable for a Paraplanner who wants to take their first steps into advising, perhaps you have attended meetings with an established adviser and want to kick start your own advising career. You will attend meetings with the MD to begin with and then be signed off as an Adviser within a few months and he will pass on some cases for you to manage. Cultural fit will be vital for the management team so a good attitude, a willingness to learn and contribute to a growing business will be key. The MD is looking to offer an equity stake in the business for those who want to be truly invested in the business and support it's growth.

• Salary: £40k - £50k + equity stake
