The Role

As Associate Director, you'll take a leading role in delivering expert planning advice to a range of clients, while also helping shape the future of the Birmingham office and wider business. You will be a key contributor to business development, mentoring junior team members, and influencing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage complex planning projects across various sectors

* Provide strategic advice to clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

* Mentor and support junior planners

Requirements

* RTPI Chartered status

* Extensive experience in similar role in the private sector

* Strong track record of project delivery and client engagement

* Commercial awareness and ability to support business growth

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
