We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the transportation operations, ensuring efficient delivery of goods and services.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate transportation activities

- Responsible for tacho management system ensuring driver compliance

- Manage transportation schedules and routes to meet delivery deadlines

- Provide leadership and guidance to transportation staff to ensure smooth operations

- Responsible for following Breakdown management and recovery procedures

-Collaborate with supply chain partners to streamline transportation processes

- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards

- Responsible for all trailer and vehicle checks and regular audits.

- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics or transportation is essential

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting client needs

- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting

- Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices
