Manpower Uk are currently recruiting for an administrator/invoice Clerk to join our client in Hoveringham Nottingham.

Previous experience working within logistics background desirable.

Reporting to the Head Planning & Logistics the Role will be responsible for the receipting and managing accruals for our EPS & Block materials.

The Role will be responsible for timely and accurate receipting of invoices, tracking accruals, and summarising the results to Finance.

Job Description:

Possess effective and confident communication skills.
Excellent IT skills and experience with Excel and or Access Database
Be able to work on own initiative without supervision/copes well under pressure
Have the ability to prioritise workload and possess an accurate and methodical approach to work.
Have the motivation to work to tight deadlines.
Understanding of AP/AR
Working knowledge of Goods receipting
Understanding of Procurement

Salary: £25,000

Role will be Monday - Friday 40 hours per week but may include some weekends.
