Production Team Leader - Sunderland
Are you a hands-on leader ready to take charge of a busy production team? We're looking for someone who can inspire, coach, and keep things running smoothly on the front line.
What's on Offer:
* Salary: £37,113 per year (37-hour week)
* Shift Allowances: 16% for Late shifts; 39% if Night shifts are introduced
* Overtime: Regular opportunities to boost earnings
What You'll Do:
* Lead and support a team of Production Operators to hit targets
* Maintain high safety and quality standards
* Run daily shift briefings, spot-checks, and audits
* Suggest and implement improvements to make processes better
About You:
* Proven experience supervising teams in manufacturing (automotive experience preferred)
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
* ILM qualification is a bonus
* Flexible for shifts
